  • Project on Mobility

  • In the process of globalisation, the phenomena of mobility – of things, individuals and “signs” (information, ideas, values) – are the main drivers of innovation and development and it is upon these that the fate of the nations involved in world wide competition increasingly depends.

It is for this reason that the theme of mobility of highly qualified human resources, especially in the fields of research in science and technology, has come to occupy a central role in the study and operations of Globus et Locus.
